Dear suppliers!
MTS PJSC invites you to take part in the procedure for choosing a taxi and
delivery service provider for MTS and GC.
To participate in the procedure, the counterparty must generate a quotation in the system that includes the
following documents:
1. Commercial offer in Excel format (in the form provided as part of the bid
documentation);
2. Commercial offer in PDF format - scanned copy of the offer in Excel format, certified
by the seal of the organization and the signature of the authorized person;
3. Package of documents for the bid (according to the attachment "List of documents for the bid");
4. Letter of readiness to accept the contract without adjustments/protocol of disagreement;
5. Declaration of Conformity;
6. A letter about the possibility of using the functionality of an electronic digital signature when signing
an agreement and primary documentation (a system of Diads);
7. Certificate of completion of anti-corruption training of contractors (instructions in the attachment);
8. A letter of readiness to extend the conditions fixed in the procedure to subsidiaries and affiliates
of MTS Group.

Protocols of disagreements to the draft agreements submitted as part of the bid documentation
are accepted only as part of the first round.
The terms of liability are not being revised.

Proposals that are not formed in accordance with the requirements of the bid documentation are rejected.
