Payment terms:
Payment of the price of each batch of Equipment is carried out within 30 (Thirty) banking days from the end of delivery of the corresponding batch of Equipment (signing by the Parties of the consignment note for the batch of Equipment) on the basis of the Supplier's invoice for payment of this batch of Equipment. (If the Supplier is a small or medium-sized business entity, clause 2.4 of the Agreement shall include a condition for the Buyer to pay for the supplied Equipment within 15 (Fifteen) banking days from the date of completion of the delivery of the relevant batch of Equipment (signing by the Parties of the consignment note for the batch of Equipment) on the basis of the Supplier's invoice to payment for this batch of Equipment).
Terms of delivery:
On the terms and during the term of the Agreement, the Supplier undertakes to transfer office and computer equipment (hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment") to the Buyer's ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the Equipment and pay the price of the Agreement.
The range, quantity and price of the Equipment are specified in the Product Specification (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement).
The equipment is supplied in separate lots. The assortment, quantity and price of each batch of Equipment is determined by the Buyer in the relevant application and agreed by the Supplier in the manner prescribed by the Agreement.
