Auto-extension

Payment terms:The payment for the products is made by the Buyer in at least 120 (one hundred and twenty) calendar days on the basis of invoices, invoices and reconciliation acts of mutual settlements.
Delivery terms:From 01.05.2022 to 31.12.2022

The delivery of products under this agreement is carried out by the "Supplier" on the condition of delivery within the terms agreed between the parties in Almetyevsk, R. Fakhretdina str.51 and Nurlat st . Sovetskaya d. 130, according to the power of attorney provided by the "Buyer".

Comments:
This price request procedure is not a competition procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure for requesting prices at any time, without incurring any responsibility to Suppliers!!!

1. MANDATORY ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT AS AMENDED BY THE CUSTOMER.
2. The cost of deliveries made within the Republic of Tatarstan includes transportation costs.
3. Without the involvement of subcontractors.
4. Availability of design service for the development of drawings.
5. Delivery in full and within the time limits specified by this agreement.
6. The warranty period for the products supplied by the Supplier is set for twelve months after delivery to the Buyer.
