Payment terms:
Terms and conditions of payment shall be as agreed. All advance payments shall be made only against unconditional irrevocable bank guarantee of refund. The last 10% of the price of the agreement shall be paid only after putting the painting line into operation.
Delivery terms:
Term of supply not exceeding 6 months will be preferred.
Comments: The procedure is a request for proposals, any bidder may submit his new quotations for unlimited number of times, as well as to submit several quotations in the row.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender; it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure of request for proposals does not impose the corresponding volume of civil and legal obligations on the Customer. All prices in the bid shall include the cost of packaging, all taxes and other mandatory payments, as well as other discounts offered by the Supplier.
The bidder shall attach to his electronic bid a scanned copy of commercial offer signed by the authorized person and bearing the stamp the company participating in this procedure. If this requirement is not fulfilled or if it is fulfilled improperly the Organizer of the procedure reserves his right not to consider such participant’s bid.
1. Technical characteristic of the products and services - see the statement of work and technical specifications for supply of complex painting line, 15 pages, 5 attachments (see attached). 2. Supply location: Belgorod, Volchanskaya Street, 165. 3. Terms of supply of the products: the supply period not exceeding 6 months will be preferred. 4. Quality requirements: all equipment to be supplied shall have the manufacturers’ certificates and quality certificates. 5. Design works: price of design works on the painting line shall be specified in the technical and commercial offer.
6. Requirements to the set of equipment: the painting line shall be equipped with all structural elements specified in the technical specifications.
7. Requirements to manufacturer and supplier: the equipment produced in the Russian Federation and the European Union will be considered. Reference concerning the experience of supply of the similar equipment to the Russian Federation over the last two years shall be provided jointly with commercial offers. 8. Additional safety requirements: the equipment shall have all necessary permits in accordance with the technical regulations of the Customs Union and federal norms and rules of the Russian Federation. Imported equipment shall have the declaration of conformity with the European directives. 9. Order of acceptance and delivery: the Customer shall definitively accept the equipment after conduction of commissioning works and acceptance test procedures.
10. Necessity in supervised installation works, commissioning and training: installation, commissioning, Customer’s personnel training on work with the rotary table shall be carried out by the Supplier involving the specialists certified by the manufacturer. Price and duration of these works shall be specified in separate fields of technical and commercial offer.
11. Terms and conditions of payment, financial security: terms and conditions of payment shall be as agreed . All advance payments shall be made only against unconditional irrevocable bank guarantee of refund. The last 10% of the price of agreement shall be paid only after putting the painting line into operation.
12. Other additional requirements: warranty for the rotary table shall be at least 12 months after putting into operation. Fulfillment of warranty liabilities is the obligation of the Supplier (with no reference to the warranty terms and conditions specified by the manufacturer), works shall be carried out at the expense of the Supplier and using his resources. Shipment and return of equipment for after-sales servicing shall be made at the expense of the Supplier and using his resources. Presence of the Supplier’s services center in the Russian Federation will be preferred.
