Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
• Payment method and terms - non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the batch (subject to the Supplier providing the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (invoices, invoices, UPD)).
Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for a period of not less than 2025-2026 (i.e. not less than 1 year). The willingness to fix the price for more than 1 year is an advantage of the Bidder.
Delivery terms:
The period of deliveries (cooperation) is from 12.03.2025 to 11.04.2026, i.e. at least 1 year. By the expiration of the specified period, it is planned to conduct a new request for proposals for the next period.
• Products are delivered by and at the expense of the Supplier at the bidding of the Customer within 7 working days from the date of order to the regions (Voronezh, Lipetsk, Tambov, Belgorod, Kursk, Orel, Tula, Kaluga, Ryazan, Smolensk, Bryansk region.)
