The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Comments:
REQUIREMENTS FOR ORGANIZATIONS:
1. Availability of appropriate permits for the production of works: the contractor must be a member of self-regulatory organizations (SRO) in the field of design and engineering surveys;
2. The presence of specialists in the staff who are in the register of NOPRIZ and NOSTRA.
REQUIRED WORKS:
1. To analyze the design and estimate documentation;
2. To analyze the compliance of the estimated and market value of the construction of the object;
3. Perform measurement work and instrumental and instrument inspection of building structures, finishing works, engineering systems of buildings and outdoor networks;
4. Make an analysis of the compliance of the completed works and design and estimate documentation;
5. According to the results of the survey, issue a report-conclusion in accordance with GOST 31937-2011 "Buildings and structures".
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROCEDURE, you must:
1. PASS the prequalification selection (PKO) LLC " RTI " by the link:

2. DOWNLOAD the KP in 2 formats: PDF (signed with the organization's seal) and Excel/Word (editable).
If the data in your original KP changes (during the auction), download the current KP form corresponding to the final data. Otherwise, the amount from the downloaded signed KP will be taken into account.
Proposals are evaluated in strict accordance with the task.
The commercial offer must be made in rubles and contain the following information:
1) the cost of the work, including VAT, including all costs (including unforeseen) necessary to fulfill the obligations under this offer;
2) deadlines for the execution of works;
3) the amount of the advance payment in %;
4) warranty period (if available);
5) work experience with RTI LLC (list objects with completed types of work).
3. ATTACH as attachments to the KP:
3.1. approximate schedule of work.
3.2. a reference list with a list of similar works performed, indicating the amounts of contracts and contact details of Customers.
Any proposal that does not meet the requirements of the Notification or contains an incomplete set of documents/conflicting provisions may be rejected without any obligation to explain the reasons.
