Ranking of bids

Auto-extension with settings
If within the last 10 minutes before bid submission deadline the best rank changes, bid submission deadline in the call for bids will be automatically extended by 10 minutes from the time when the latest bid was submitted.

Payment terms:Payment in the amount of 30 (Thirty)% of the cost of the works provided for in the supplementary agreement shall be made within 5 (five) business days after the conclusion of the supplementary agreement on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor.
Payment in the amount of 30 (Thirty)% the cost of the work provided for by the Local Estimate approved by the Customer is made within 5 (five) working days based on the following circumstances and documents:
- approval by the Customer of the Local estimate calculation and the Work Schedule;
- receipt by the Customer of the invoice for payment.
The final calculation is made by the Customer no later than 5 (Five) working days from the date of acceptance by the Customer of the result of the work. The final calculation is made on the basis of the following documents:
- duly executed Certificates of acceptance of completed works (form KS-2);
- Certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (form KS-3);
- invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on taxes and fees;
- payment invoice issued by the Contractor;
- the Act of reconciliation of settlements signed by the parties under the supplementary agreement;
- the act of acceptance and transfer of the Object and the keys to the Object signed by the parties.
If the execution of works under an additional agreement is related to the reconstruction and (or) redevelopment of premises in the MCD or requires obtaining a construction permit, the list of documents specified above includes an Act signed by the parties on the acceptance of the facility into operation.
