Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
The customer makes advance payment of works in installments as the stages of work are carried out in the amount of 30 to 50% of the price of each stage within 5 (Five) business days after receiving the invoice from the contractor in cashless payment orders to the contractor's current account. The Customer makes the rest of the payment for the works within 5 (Five) business days after the parties sign the act of completed works. The Customer's obligation to pay for services shall be deemed fulfilled from the date of receipt of funds to the contractor's current account.

4. Separate collection of construction waste of metal, rubber sealer, glass and other unsorted construction waste with subsequent removal from the territory for disposal.
Terms of work:
- date of commencement of work: from the date of signing the contract;
- terms of work: from the moment of signing the contract for 30 working days (in accordance with the terms of the contract).
The warranty period for the work performed is not less than 5 (five) years from the date of signing by the parties of the act of work performed.

Detailed Commercial proposal in strict accordance with the Technical and Commercial Proposal Form, as well as Technical and Commercial Proposal in an editable format;
• organization card, copies of Registration Certificate, Financial Statements for the last financial year (F1 and F2) (on request), certificates, licenses (if necessary) for the right to carry out activities;
• The Bidder may additionally provide documents testifying to the qualifications, experience, business, financial, technical, personnel capabilities of the Bidder, positive business reputation.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
