Требования к Подрядчику:
Подрядчик на период выполнения работ должен соответствовать требованиям действующего законодательства, в том числе обладать действующими лицензиями и допусками, необходимыми для выполнения работ на Объектах.
Подрядчик должен иметь на весь период выполнения работ:
- лицензию на осуществление деятельности по сохранению объектов культурного наследия (памятников истории и культуры) народов Российской Федерации, выданную Министерством культуры Российской Федерации в соответствии с постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 28 января 2022 г. № 67 «О лицензировании деятельности по сохранению объектов культурного наследия (памятников истории и культуры) народов российской федерации и признании утратившими силу некоторых актов правительства Российской Федерации»:
- разработка проектной документации по консервации, реставрации и воссозданию объектов культурного наследия (памятников истории и культуры) народов Российской Федерации.
- разработка проектной документации по ремонту и приспособлению объектов культурного наследия (памятников истории и культуры) народов Российской Федерации.
Обследование технического состояния Объектов выполняется Подрядчиком до начала проведения проектных работ.
На основании проведенных обследований Подрядчиком формируется и выпускается технический отчет по установленной форме.
Разработка НПД осуществляется Подрядчиком на основании технического отчета по результатам предварительного обследования. Подрядчик обеспечивает и осуществляет сопровождение проведения государственной историко-культурной экспертизы проектной документации.
Подрядчик должен быть членом СРО (саморегулируемой организации) в области архитектурно-строительного проектирования (в области инженерных изысканий – Подрядчик/Субподрядчик). СРО.
