Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension with settings
If within the last 15 minutes before bid submission deadline the best rank changes, bid submission deadline in the call for bids will be automatically extended by 15 minutes from the time when the latest bid was submitted.

100% of the value of the batch of goods within 45 calendar days from the date of full delivery of the goods for the corresponding batch, signing of the consignment note (f. COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12) or UPD and receipt of the invoice for the corresponding batch.
