Delivery terms:until 08/31/2025The cost of Goods is determined according to the prices approved in the Price List for the Contract (current task). The cost is fixed in US Dollars. The cost of Goods includes delivery in Moscow and the Moscow region. The Company undertakes to carry out loading, delivery and unloading of Goods at its own expense, on its own and with its own transport in the quantity, assortment, cost determined in the Specification. The Customer has the right to refuse to accept the Goods (or issue a return of the Goods) without charging a fee and covering the costs of the Company if the batch according to the Specification will have differences from the declared technical characteristics.
