Payment terms:Settlements between the Parties to the Agreement are made in Russian Rubles within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the UPD or the Act of Services Rendered/Work Performed/Transfer of Rights (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), based on the Contractor's accounts, which are transferred to the Customer simultaneously with the UPD or Act
Delivery terms:The result of the Work should be a System implemented in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1), put into commercial operation, as well as a Certificate of acceptance and transfer of software. The Contractor undertakes to assign to the Customer the exclusive rights to use the result of intellectual activity in full, except in cases where such use has already been granted to the Customer or any person necessary for the purposes of the contract on the basis of an open license. The cost of the RID is included in the cost of the Work.
