Payment terms:Payment for the equipment is made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of commissioning and training of employees on the basis of the commissioning certificate and the issuance of training certificates by transferring funds to the Bidder's current account.
Payment for technical support is made annually by non-cash transfer of funds by the Customer to the Supplier's account within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice and invoice.
The date of payment is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's current account.
Commissions of the Customer's Bank are credited to the Customer's account.
Commissions from other banks are credited to the Bidder's account.
The Bidder has the right to submit an alternative offer on payment terms.
Delivery terms:The Bidder must provide a schedule for the implementation of the project, indicating the stages and deadlines for the implementation of each stage, as well as the total duration of the project.
The Bidder must provide a calendar schedule indicating the required activities on the part of the Bidder, indicating the estimated labor costs.
Planned commissioning date: July 2024
Delivery is carried out by and at the expense of the supplier and is carried out exclusively during the Customer's business hours, delivery at other times must be separately agreed with the Customer.
