Payment terms:Оплата производится в форме безналичного расчета путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика в течение 60 календарных дней с даты подписания Покупателем акта приема-передачи на основании выставленных оригинала счета-фактуры и других документов, подтверждающих факт предоставления Покупателю права на использование данных систем. Днем осуществления платежа считается дата списания денежных средств с расчетного счета Пользователя.
Delivery terms:Системы передается в виде функционирующего комплекса в сроки, установленные договором. Приемка системы осуществляется комиссией в составе уполномоченных представителей Заказчика и Поставщика. Состав комплексов должен соответствовать Спецификации. В случае обнаружения видимых недостатков в момент передачи составляется Акт о недостатках по количеству и качеству.
Поставщик обязуется осуществить доставку оборудования на склад ООО «БашРТС» расположенном в г. Уфе, ул. Ульяновых, 59.
