Участниками процедуры были поданы предложения, не
учитывающие весь объем работ по ТЗ. Поскольку в
рамках процедуры не предусмотрена возможность
изменения суммы в сторону повышения, создана новая
закрытая процедура закупки № 1331967 с целью
проведения переторжки. Все участники из данной
процедуры приглашены к участию.
