Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:1. Specify prices excluding delivery to Magadan.

2. To calculate transport costs separately and register in the Commercial Proposal in a separate line. Specify the total volume and weight of the shopping center.

3. For each cargo place with goods, a packing list with an inventory of goods and with an indication of the quantity (mandatory condition) must be attached

4. Warranty periods for goods and services must begin to operate at least from the date of receipt of the goods in the port of Magadan. The best option is from the date of receipt of the shopping center by the customer or from the moment the shopping center is put into operation (one of the proposed options is required).
