Delivery terms:1. Conclusion of framework supply contracts for Slavyansk Eco enterprises: Slavyansk ECO LLC, PROMKAPSTROY LLC, ECO-Pozhspas LLC, TD Terminal LLC, Vostok-Transit LLC, Garant YUG LLC,IP Aghajanyan K.R, TEMRYUKMORTRANS LLC.
2. Fixing of uniform prices for the period up to 12/31/2025;
3. Placing orders at fixed prices on a quarterly basis by bids.
4. The volume of PPE declared for Call for Bidding is the projected need for the period from 01.10.2024 to 31.12.2025.
5. Securing a client manager to support contracts;
6. the possibility of providing samples of CO and PPE for experimental wear.
The list of items for which the pilot socks evaluation procedure will be carried out will be determined after consideration of the technical and commercial proposal.
7. The supplier agrees with the standard form of the contract and specifications, the final or additional terms of the contract will be agreed by the parties after the proposal has been collected
