Payment terms:
Payment procedure: The Buyer pays for the Goods no later than 45 (forty-five) banking days from the date of signing by both Parties of the Acceptance Certificate and the Consignment Note, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account. The Buyer shall be deemed to have fulfilled the payment obligations assumed upon receipt of funds to the correspondent account of the bank servicing the Supplier.
