Payment terms:The amount of the advance from the cost of the upcoming monthly amount of work / services is not more than: 0%.
Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 30-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD. the term of payment under the agreement is determined by the Bidder independently from the specified range and is set in the contract concluded with him (the preferred value of the payment period is 60 calendar days).
The winner is selected by bringing prices with different payment terms to the same terms using a financial calculator (Appendix 8. "Financial Documents"). By lot № 1, № 2, № 3, № 4 there is support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). if the difference between the best offer and the offer of the SME entity is not more than 10%, then the SME entity is determined as the winner
