Payment terms:
3.2. Payment of works to the Contractor is carried out by the Customer in the following order:
• 20% of the cost of Work no later than the 15th (Fifteenth) calendar day from the date of commencement of work;
• 20% of the cost of Work no later than the 30th (Thirtieth) calendar day from the date of commencement of work;
• 20% of the cost of Work no later than 45 (Forty-fifth) calendar day from the date of commencement of work;
• 20% of the cost of Work no later than the 60th (Sixtieth) calendar day from the date of commencement of work;
• 17% of the cost of the Work no later than the 90th (Ninetieth) calendar day from the date of commencement of the work after the Parties have signed an Inspection Report confirming the Contractor's performance of the Work in accordance with the Linear Schedule, as well as subject to the provision by the Contractor of a complete set of documents provided for in clause 6.7., clause 6.7.1. of this Agreement. In agreement with the Customer, it is possible to provide an interim report on the Work performed at the Facility;
• The Customer pays 3% of the cost of the Work after 12 (twelve) months from the date of signing the act of delivery and acceptance of the result of completed/unfinished Work (hereinafter referred to as the Last Payment), subject to the Contractor's elimination of all comments.

The construction of stores is planned in the following cities: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Omsk, Volgograd, Samara, Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Tula, Rostov-on-Don, Voronezh, Kazan, Lipetsk, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Kaliningrad
