Payment terms:
100% post-payment. Payment for services is made by the Customer with a delay of 25 (twenty-five) calendar days from the date of execution of the Act/UPD, subject to the provision by the Contractor of documents drawn up in accordance with the law and listed in clause 2.1.6 of the Contract, Additional Agreements.
Delivery terms:
• The period of supply (cooperation) is from 1.06.2025 to 1.06.2026, i.e. at least 1 year.
• Delivery procedure according to the schedule agreed by the Parties.
• The deadlines for the execution of works during the entire period of the contract may be changed at the initiative of the customer with the notification of the supplier no later than 14 calendar days in advance
• All supplied documentation must be packed in folders (in electronic form and/or in paper stitched form if it is necessary to submit a paper version of the report)
