To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders of this procedure MUST, before the bids opening, attach the applicant's Application Form and the documents according to the application form simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the Bidder organization of this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
