Payment terms:- The advance payment in the amount of 30% (Thirty percent) of the cost of Services specified in the Contract shall be paid by the Customer within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice issued by the Contractor after the Parties sign the Contract;
- Payment of 70% is made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days upon the provision of services in full from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act on Services without comments of the Customer and the Report provided to the Customer with the attachment of the accounting documentation, which will be provided for in the Contract.
*in case of advance payment:
JSC "NSPK" has the right to refuse to provide an advance payment to the winner of the offer request based on its financial statements (balance sheet for the previous reporting period) for the following reasons:
- the amount of current assets as of the last reporting date of the Bidder is less than the amount of the prepayment or the advance payment requested by the Bidder under the contract to be concluded;
- the amount of all assets and accounts receivable of the Bidder as of the last
reporting date, minus all borrowed funds of the Bidder (including loans received, loans, payments in the future period) is less than the amount of the prepayment or the requested advance payment under the agreement;

Comments:
The Bidder of the Call for Bidding procedure must not be included in the registers of unscrupulous suppliers posted on the websites http://cbr.ru , http://zakupki.gov.ru .
Essential requirement: the beginning of the provision of services from the date of receipt of the notification letter on the results of the request for proposals.

As part of an open request for proposals – provide:
1. An electronic presentation that includes the concept of the event, a description of the venues, activity areas, catering services with partial seating, with an approximate version of their placement on the site layout and other conditions for organizing the event.*
2. Detailed cost estimate of the event and cost estimate of catering services (based on 1 person at least 1000 gr. food.).
3. Detailed cost estimate for drinks: based on at least non-alcoholic beer - at least 100l (filtered, in glass); water without gas – at least 300l (plastic/ glass, volume 0.3-0.5 liters); additionally – mors, coffee, tea, lemonade.
The limit of expenses for food and soft drinks is 4500 rubles per 1 person.
4. A portfolio of creative solutions confirming the experience of organizing and conducting mice events (IT sphere, number of Bidders from 300 people.)
5. Forms and other documents in accordance with the Bid documentation. If a Bidder offers several concepts with different total costs, then separate Forms should be submitted for each concept № 1, 2, 3, 6, 8.

*JSC "NSPK" reserves the right to invite any of the Bidders to a face-to-face or on-line presentation of their proposals in the period from May 24, 2024. until May 28, 2024. (presentation time is 15-45 minutes)
** individual items of the event estimates and buffet service estimates can be adjusted in agreement with the winner of the open request for proposals within the budget, but not more than the total cost of the winner's Bid.
***the estimate should include all activities, additional offers with zero cost are not considered.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
