Payment terms:
1.) Payment of 30% of the cost of ship repair works is made after signing the Contract within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of receipt by the CUSTOMER of the invoice.
2.) The remaining part of the repair cost shall be paid after the Parties sign the acceptance Certificate of the VESSEL within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of receipt by the CUSTOMER of the invoice.
Delivery terms:
1.) The applicant for Lot No. 1 must have its own berth and repair base for staging a vessel with a length of 60 m. and a draft of 2.8 m. to the pier and carrying out repair work.
2.) The place of staging of the vessel is the berth of the applicant for Lot No. 1 in the territory of the Kaliningrad region, which allows the approach of a vessel with a draft of 2.8 m.
3.) The repair period is from 01/13/2025 to 03/15/2025.
4.) The applicant for Lot No. 1 is obliged to allow other contractors to enter the territory of his enterprise to perform service and repair work on the vessel not included in Lot No. 1.
5.) All applicants for Lots No. 1, 2, 3, 4 must have registration documents on the specifics of their activities (Certificate of conformity of the enterprise in the form 7.1.27)
6.) All work must be carried out in accordance with the technical documentation and requirements for ship repair, according to the repair list.
7.) All applicants must have experience working with Global Fleet LLC.
8). The repair of the VESSEL must be carried out in accordance with the requirements and under the supervision of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.
