Integra Management LLC and (or) INTEGRA - DRILLING LLC has the right to terminate the Procedure without explanation and without any liability at any time before the date of its completion (inclusive). No document provided for by the Procedure can serve as a basis for filing claims in court.
Individuals submitting proposals for participation in the Procedure and (or) named in the proposal give their consent to the processing of personal data by Integra Management LLC and (or) INTEGRA - DRILLING LLC can be found in the bid documentation form.
The submission of an offer to participate in the Procedure is drawn up arbitrarily in the form in Russian and must contain: name, organizational and legal form, location, postal address (for legal entities) of the applicant; surname, first name, patronymic, passport data, information about the place of residence (for individuals persons) of the applicant; contact phone number, e-mail address of the applicant.
