Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:If you provide a longer period of deferred payment, the cost will be recalculated at an interest rate of 12% in accordance with the rules of the site (the present value section).
Prepayment is possible if there is a bank guarantee for the amount of the prepayment and until the obligations are fulfilled. The cost of issuing bank guarantees should be included in the cost of providing services.
