Обязательная подгрузка в электронном виде к лоту и отправка вместе с товаром сертификатов качества, паспортов заводов-изготовителей на предлагаемую продукцию.

При этом Организатор не имеет обязанности заключения договора по его результатам.
А так же если потенциальный поставщик не согласен с условиями лота (условия оплаты, условия поставки и т.п.) то обязательно указывать свои условия в коммерческом предложении (оферте) либо в доп.комментариях.
