Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The prices for services in Lots specified in the Bid specification (Appendix No. 1) must be in rubles and excluding VAT.
The payment method is a non–cash form of payment.
If your organization is exempt from paying VAT, or the VAT rate differs from 20%, please be sure to indicate this
Payment for the services rendered by the Contractor is made by the Customer in accordance with the terms of the Agreement (Appendix No. 5).
Prices must be fixed for a period of at least 1 year.
The Contractor must be ready to switch to electronic document management at the initiative of the Customer.

Prices according to the Bid specification (Appendix No. 1 to this invitation) must be indicated in Russian rubles, excluding VAT, and take into account all necessary additional expenses of the Contractor.
Prices at the conclusion of the contract must be fixed for the entire term of its validity.
