Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the amount specified in the relevant Supplementary Agreement to the Agreement shall be paid within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of signing the relevant Supplementary Agreement to the Agreement.
• The remaining part is paid within 5 (five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of the completed works (unified form No. KS-2) in 3 copies, provided that the contractor provides the Customer with 2 (two) original invoices, duly executed, and 2 (two) original invoices, executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees.
Delivery terms:The period of conclusion of the Contract is 12 months from the date of the decision by the Tender Committee of the CU "Pyaterochka".
