Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:• Payment method and terms - non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, within 10 banking days from the date of delivery of the batch (subject to the Supplier providing the Customer with originals of primary accounting documents correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (invoices, invoices, UPD).
Delivery terms:• The period of deliveries (cooperation) is from 12/01/2024 to 12/01/2025, i.e. at least 1 year. By the expiration of the specified period, it is planned to conduct a new request for proposals for the next period.
• Products are delivered by and at the expense of the Supplier at the bidding of the Customer within 7 working days from the date of order to the regions (Nizhny Novgorod, Sverdlovsk, Kurgan, Chelyabinsk, Orenburg region, Perm Krai, Republic of Tatarstan, Mordovia, Chuvashia, Mari El, Udmurtia, Bashkortostan)
