Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:100% post-payment within 30 days after the completion of the project. Attach an estimate. The cost should include manufacturing, installation, and approval services. Submit a draft contract

Delivery terms:1. Warranty for signs - 3 years, warranty for fasteners - for the entire life of the signboard
2. All sizes are preliminary. You will need measurements
3.Installation of all structures within 3-7 days from the date of receipt of the order
4. The structures on the facade must be registered in the architecture of the city
5. The deadline for submitting an application to the KGA is strictly within 7 days after sending the layout
