Payment terms:
Postponement of payment for at least 30 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the original invoice issued by the Supplier after the Parties have signed all invoices (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12) or UPD for Goods accepted by the Buyer during the calendar month, but in any case, payment is made by the Buyer no earlier than the first working Friday following the last day of the due payment period.
Delivery terms:
Periodicity of fulfillment of obligations: on a regular basis (based on cinema orders);
Delivery to the Buyer's facility by the forces and at the expense of the Supplier is no more than 2 working days from the date of the order for Moscow and St. Petersburg (for regions - no more than 5 working days) or according to the delivery schedule agreed with the Buyer;
Refund/compensation of marriage;
Fixing prices for at least 6 months and indexing by no more than% inflation per year based on Rosstat data (CPI).
The minimum delivery is 3,000 (three thousand) rubles to one cinema.
Return of goods: 100% refund to the Supplier of substandard products and products with expired shelf life at the time of delivery.
The shelf life/sales of the goods upon delivery should not be less than 50% of the total shelf life / sales for imported goods, and 80% of the total shelf life / sales for Russian-made goods.
If there is no supplier on the folds, fixed in the specification to the contract of raw materials or goods, the supplier must offer an alternative that suits the buyer (by identical properties), without raising the price.
