Decision of the competitive commission:

  1. For Lot No. 1 Declare bidding void
  2. For Lot No. 2 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "КЭМ" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 24 921 774,73 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 21 120 148,08 RUB).
  3. For Lot No. 3 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "ТЭСС" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 18 714 858,93 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 15 860 049,94 RUB).
