Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment for the Works performed by the Contractor and accepted by the Customer shall be made by the Customer upon the expiration of 60 (sixty) calendar days, but not later than 65 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the original invoice and signing of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the completed Works by transferring funds to the Contractor's account. The invoice is provided within 5 days from the moment of signing the Registers of the Act-orders, the Act of delivery-acceptance of the completed works
