Comments:
LLC "Albazino Resources" offers to take part in a tender for the work on the development and coordination of working documentation on equipping an automatic fire alarm system and an alarm system and evacuation management system for objects of the Albazinsky GOK and the production site in the village of Oglongi.

Place of work:
The Contractor's territory with a visit to the Customer's facilities (Polina Osipenko district of the Khabarovsk Territory, the site of the Albazino Mining and Processing Plant (coordinates of the Albazino site: latitude 52° 51 17.7, longitude 137° 53 2.6); Polina Osipenko district of the Khabarovsk Territory, Oglongi village.

Completion dates:
Beginning 30.09.2022;
Ending on 11/15/2022.

Mandatory requirements for the Contractor:
1. The contractor must be a member of the SRO-P (it is mandatory to provide an extract from the SRO register);
2. It is mandatory to have a design specialist with the certification of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the right to design fire safety equipment for buildings and structures that have been put into operation (providing supporting documents is mandatory);
3. Mandatory departure of the Contractor's specialists to conduct a pre-project survey of the Customer's facilities.

Scope of work:
1. Based on the technical conditions (Appendix No. 1 to the form of the basic contract) for the development of Working documentation, the Contractor must perform:
1.1. Development of the RD for the modernization of the existing integrated security and communications system (CSBiSS) due to the need to equip with automatic fire alarm systems and an evacuation warning and control system for facilities located at the AGOKA production site (RD kit No. 2);
1.2. Development of a RD for equipping with automatic fire alarm systems and a warning and evacuation control system for objects located in the village of Oglongi (RD kit No. 1);
1.3. Approval of the RD with the Customer.


Requirements for the development of Working documentation:
1. The technical solutions adopted in the working documentation must comply with the laws and regulatory requirements in force on the territory of the Russian Federation, the Technical conditions of the Customer;
2. Working documentation is provided to the Customer for approval in electronic form;
3. The working documentation is issued to the Customer in the amount of 4 (four) copies. on paper and 1 (one) copies. on electronic media in true formats - drawings in the format: AutoCAD scale 1:1 and PDF, specifications (text and tabular documentation).

Conditions for the organization of accommodation, meals, delivery of personnel, mandatory requirements for OT and PB and other conditions are set out in paragraphs 10, 12, 16 of the terms of reference (Appendix No. 1).

We will be grateful to receive your commercial offer no later than 10:00 (Moscow time) 13.09.2022 with the following applications:
- commercial offer on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person
- completed offer card (Appendix No. 2 to the letter);
- constituent documents;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 3 to the letter).

This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
