Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension with settings
If within the last 10 minutes before bid submission deadline the best rank changes, bid submission deadline in the call for bids will be automatically extended by 10 minutes from the time when the latest bid was submitted.

Payment terms:Settlements under this agreement are made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account, within 35 (thirty-five) business days after the Buyer accepts the delivered Goods on the basis of the following documents:
- the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS form-12 signed by the Parties to the consignment note (Universal Transfer Document - hereinafter UPD);
- an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements provided for by the legislation on taxes and fees;
- the invoice received by the Buyer for payment.
