Payment terms:Payment upon receipt of products to the consignee's warehouse within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of original invoices, waybills, copies of waybills with the recipient's mark.

Delivery terms:The goods must be delivered to the Customer within 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract for the supply of equipment. All shipping costs to the Buyer's warehouse and other costs must be included in the product price.


In the Commercial Proposal it is necessary to prescribe the terms and conditions of the warranty for the delivered goods.

Required warranty conditions:
The equipment is guaranteed for 3 years.
Technical support reply within 8 business hours.
The term of replacement of out-of-order components such as processors / RAM / Hard drives / controllers / network cards is made within three working days after the decision on the need for replacement is made, in the case of equipment operation in Moscow (if the place of operation is another city, then the replacement period increases depending on the remoteness of the place of equipment operation, but does not exceed 5 working days), in case of failure of the motherboard or the server as a whole, the warranty replacement period is 14 days.
