Payment terms:Payment for products is made by cashless transfer of funds to the Supplier's current account. The payment currency is the Russian ruble. Preferred payment terms: the buyer makes payments for the product (batch of products) no later than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products based on the results of acceptance, when provided that the Supplier provides original documents confirming the quality of the products (batch of products), waybills and invoices corresponding to the results of acceptance issued in in accordance with the requirements of legislation. The price should include shipping costs.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that your commercial offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following essential conditions:
• product name with reference to regulatory and technical documentation (GOST, TU)
• the quantity of products offered for delivery in the units of measurement corresponding to the purchase item;
• product price per unit of measurement; delivery basis (place of delivery, mode of transportation, information on costs included in the price of the goods, the moment of transfer of ownership);
• delivery period and delivery times
• terms and conditions of payment for products

In the event that a different delivery procedure is assumed, the commercial offer (offer) must necessarily include an appropriate comment.

The validity period of the offer (offer) must be at least 60 calendar days from the date of its submission.

A technical description must be attached at the same time as submitting a proposal.
The supplied products must be free from the rights and claims of third parties, manufactured by their own means or under dealer agreements, as well as equivalent agreements of a third party.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - uploading a price offer signed by an authorized person and the seal of the organization.

The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure must conclude a supply agreement with VGK Perevozchik LLC, as amended by the customer (Appendix No. 2)

Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil law obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse offers received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
