Request for proposals for the right to conclude a contract for the supply of spare parts for cars FORD Transit of the company "Utkonos". The approximate annual volume of spare parts is specified in the Tech.task. In Comm.Proposal specify the cost of only original parts. Delivery time is not more than 2 working days from the date of confirmation of the order. The minimum amount of a one-time order is 2 thousand rubles. The Goods supplied must be a new Product in the factory packaging, without impaired packaging. Products must be certified. After the conclusion of the contract, the offer of non-original analogues in agreement is allowed. The quality of analogues should not be inferior to the original spare parts. The supplier assumes full responsibility for the consequences of the use of non-original spare parts. In case of non-compliance with the requirements or inability to install an unoriginal part, the Supplier will pick up the Product in any form and without packaging, at the Supplier's own expense. Warranty for the product is not less than 12 months.

Payment terms:	It is recommended to delay payment at least 20 bank days from the date of delivery of goods and the provision of all documents.

Transportation costs are included in the cost of goods and are not subject to additional reimbursement.
