Comments:
Request for proposals will be held from 02/06/2020. on 02/11/2020 until 16:00 (Moscow time), without a possible extension after the completion of the main time in accordance with the tendering procedure (Appendix No. 2). A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposal is the attachment to the electronic site of the final proposal based on the results of the Request for Proposals (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) indicating: the prices for each lot in RUBLES excluding VAT 20%.

When submitting the price, the participant must attach:
• the regulations certified by the signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the organization (Appendix No. 2 of the documentation).
• the completed application form (Appendix No. 3 of the tender documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible officer and the seal of the organization) by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
• the counterparty’s card (Appendix No. 4 of the tender documentation) in electronic Excel and PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the organization’s seal) by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
• qualification selection (Appendix No. 5 of tender documentation) in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) by uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
• letter - acceptance of the terms of reference and readiness to sign a standard contract form (in free form. On the letterhead of the organization) uploading documents to the electronic trading platform;
• license for preliminary and periodic medical examinations

Correction of the forms of Tender documentation (adding / deleting lines, changing wording) by the Participants is not allowed.

The organizer reserves the right to rebidding.

Documents are provided in the following form: scans of documents in pdf format, file name, date (date should reflect the day of signing (registration, issue) of the document). One file must contain one document!

A commercial offer must be valid for at least 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of the tender.
