Monitoring - Small-sized mutton 70/30-60/40, according to the Requirements Specification
Raw materials must be stored in the seller's warehouse without contact with other meat raw materials (including pork).
The seller's warehouse must have a 4th compartment.
Raw materials should not exceed the established standards for microbiology.
Мониторинг - Баранина мелкокусковая 70/30-60/40, согласно ТЗ Сырье должно храниться на складе продавца без контакта с другим мясным сырьем (в т.ч. со свининой). Склад продавца должен иметь 4й компартмент. Сырье не должно иметь превышение установленных норм по микробиологии.
